Home Visit Via Photos Form Step 1 of 4 25% AboutA little about Refurbished Pets of Southern Michigan (RPSM)- IF the dog attends training it will be for 10 weeks and the dog learns basic commands like heel, sit, down, stay, come, stand, wait and general manners like not to jump and pull on a leash. All 14 RPSM dogs live together and each dog has 2 trainers. The dogs are with their trainers the whole time unless working on crate training. Once approved for a dog the applicant will fill out a form that will go to the trainers with questions like feeding time, most important commands and if allowed on furniture. They will also get weekly reports written by the trainers with updates of what they are working on and how the dog is doing.Dog's Name / Or Preapproval* First Please Type the dogs name you applied for, or type in Preapproval.Name* First Last Email* Provide a general description of your neighborhood: Rural, suburban, ect.
